• Manage county investment portfolio
• Ensure compliance with state investment laws
• Maximize interest earnings on idle funds
• Provide monthly reports to the county board
Financial Reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and provide transparent reporting to the public and governing bodies.
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Coordinate annual audits
• Publish annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Safeguarding Public Funds
Protect county assets through proper internal controls and security measures.
• Implement strong internal controls
• Ensure proper segregation of duties

Customer Service
