Treasurer

Nicholas Africano serves as County Treasurer, bringing dedicated leadership and a commitment to fiscal responsibility. He proudly grew up six blocks from the office and is the third elected Treasurer in the extended family—following his uncle and father. He oversees all treasury operations and ensures transparent, efficient management of county finances.

Chief Deputy Treasurer

Chykra Banks serves as Chief Deputy Treasurer and holds an MBA in Finance from Olivet University. She's the first face customers see. She oversees daily operations and manages key treasury functions. Her leadership ensures smooth operations and excellent service to county residents.

Accountant

Diana Spade brings over 20 years of banking and treasury experience to the office. We like to say she's Type A Plus—she could find pennies in the desert. Her attention to detail and expertise ensure smooth treasury operations.
